Do you only work with tech companies?
No. We place technology professionals across any sector that needs them — fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, SaaS, enterprise software, and beyond. What matters is the role itself, not the industry the company sits in.
How do you decide which consultant handles my search?
We match searches to the consultant who knows that discipline best. If you're hiring a DevOps Engineer, you'll work with someone who understands infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms — not a generalist recruiter covering ten different job families.
What does 'sector depth' actually mean in practice?
It means we don't recruit across marketing one day and engineering the next. We focus entirely on technology, so our consultants understand the tools, frameworks, and career paths that matter to candidates and clients. That depth shows up in how we qualify briefs, assess CVs, and have technical conversations.
Do you work on contract or permanent roles?
Both. We recruit for permanent, contract, and fixed-term positions depending on what the client needs. If you're not sure which route makes sense for your brief, we can talk through the trade-offs.
How quickly can you fill a technology role?
It depends on the seniority, the location, and how niche the skill set is. Some roles fill in a couple of weeks; others take longer if the market is tight or the requirements are highly specific. We'll give you an honest view of timelines before we start.
What if you don't recruit for the exact role I'm hiring for?
Get in touch anyway. If it's a technology role and we don't cover it directly, we'll tell you upfront and point you in the right direction. We'd rather be honest than waste your time.
Do you only cover the UK?
Yes, we focus on the UK market. Our consultants are based in Oxford and we place talent across the country, with particular strength in the South East, London, and the Midlands.
